Andrea Parrella is President of Leonardo Global Solutions S.p.A.
After graduating in Law and qualifying as a lawyer, he began his career at IRI, over the years holding various positions with increasing responsibility, first at Finmeccanica and then at Trenitalia, where he became Director of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Unit.
From 2011 to 2014 he worked at the Italian state railway company Ferrovie dello Stato as General Counsel, also becoming a member of the Board of Directors of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A., TX Logistic AG and Netinera Deutschland GmbH.
In addition, he was Group General Counsel of Leonardo from June 2014 to September 2023, a member of the Board of Directors of Leonardo MW Ltd. and Elettronica S.p.A., and Vice Chairman of Telespazio S.p.A.
In 2016, he was then appointed Alternate President of the Istituto Grandi Infrastrutture (Major Infrastructure Institute).
