THE PHASES

If you have already qualified as a supplier for LGS, you can take part in negotiations that are primarily carried out on the relevant portal. The call is made through a public notice.

Publication

A notice is published on the Leonardo portal, announcing the launch of a tender specifying the type of service and the minimum requirements that suppliers must meet. The notice is left open to the public for fifteen days.

Acknowledgement

Suppliers find out that there will be an event and, if they are not yet registered, they are invited to do so within fifteen days.

Selection

The relevant purchasing unit selects all the suppliers that have shown an interest, checking that they meet the minimum requirements.

Access to the Tender

Once the selection has been made, a real call for tender is launched, where suppliers are invited to take part.

The online negotiation service supports clients and suppliers in order to make the negotiation process more efficient and effective. The service supports the purchasing process primarily for:
• Negotiations, such as Requests for Quotations and Auctions, aimed at identifying the supplier.
