Stefano Grassi is CEO of Leonardo Global Solutions S.p.A.
After attending the Guardia di Finanza (Finance Police) Academy, he began his military career in the Corps, where, over the years, he held positions of increasing responsibility, up to that of Commander of the Lombardy Regional Tax Police Unit, in Milan, from 2002 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2015, he was Vice President Security & Safety of the Gruppo Poste Italiane (Italian Postal Service Group) and, at the same time, served as CEO of Poste Tutela S.p.A.
In February 2016, he held the position of Head of Security at Salini-Impregilo S.p.A., until, in September of the same year, he became Security Director of the Telecom Italia Group. Also in 2016, he was appointed first member and then Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telsy S.p.A.
In 2019, he became a Board Member of TI Sparkle S.p.A. and was appointed to the strategic management area (Key Manager) of Tim S.p.A.
In 2023, he provided strategic consulting services to large national companies as an advisor.
He holds a "Superior Course in Tax Police" degree, a degree in Law, a degree in Economic and Financial Security Sciences and a 2nd level Master's degree in "Business Tax Law" from the Bocconi University in Milan.
