Different views: the value of education beyond the classroom

16 October 2026

A year of lectures, study and dialogue with lecturers, industry professionals and colleagues from a variety of backgrounds. This is the end of the journey for Carla, Claudia and Nicolò, who have successfully completed the Master’s in Financial Management – Major in Real Estate & Finance at Luiss Business School, an intensive educational experience that has enabled them to gain a deeper understanding of strategic, economic and financial issues in property development.

But this programme was much more than just an opportunity for professional training. Their descriptions reveal the value of putting oneself out there, and above all the benefits of bringing together different skills, experiences and perspectives. The relationships forged along the way and the teamwork involved in the final project have helped to make the Master’s programme a growth experience that goes beyond the classroom.

In these interviews, we look back – through their words – on a year of challenges, discoveries and achievements. Their narrative marks the first chapter of a story that has not ended: over the coming weeks, we will be hearing from colleagues who embarked on the same journey this year, sharing their expectations, goals and motivations. It's an ideal way of passing the baton from those completing this experience today to those about to begin it, in the spirit of continuous learning at Leonardo Global Solutions that continues to create value for both people and the company.
